Dear Dave, I joined Utility Warehouse after you came to my home to explain to Phil and I the benefits of being a member of the utility warehouse. I have now been a member since March 2019 and I thought it was high time I sent you this testimonial. Firstly, and probably most obviously, my bills have never been so low and they seem to get lower each month. The cashback card is fantastic it is so easy to use and to top up using the app. The free LED lightbulbs for life are also an amazing per especially since Bold put in all my new lighting downstairs I have loads of spotlights. I think they replaced over 100 blubs in total. Soon after joining and having put up with Josh’s moans about slow internet speed for months, I logged the issue with Utility Warehouse and they were brilliant. Apparently, most of the village had been suffering slow speeds but nothing had been done. It required BT to dig up the road a few times but I now have amazing internet speeds and Utility Warehouse would call me regularly to give me updates and they could not have been more helpful. Lastly, the Gourmet Society card that came free with joining has literally saved me hundreds of pounds. 50% of food is a huge saving and some places even offer discounts on wine! I used it when I took the kids for trips to London and Portsmouth and I was able to let the kids order the adult steak when normally I force the kid’s menu upon them to save money! In summary, I would not hesitate to recommend you to anybody looking to change energy suppliers.
